What are the payment methods available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal.

Where can I see your t-shirt sizes?

You'll find a size guide chart with specific sizes on the description in each of our products from our catalogue.

Where are your products manufactured?

All product printing and manufacturing is done in USA and China.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! With the exception of Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. 

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Can I track my orders?

Once you make a purchase with domestic or worldwide shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can secretly spy on your package. But please don't worry, problems such as lost or returned items only happened under 0.5%. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you order hasn't started the fulfillment stage, we can help you cancel or modify your order. We do not offer this option for pre-orders, since the funds are usually used to pay production and shipping costs. Please keep this in mind before pre-ordering one of our products.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Replacement / Return policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please, keep this in mind when choosing these options.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Packages lost in transit

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect and the package was sent back to us, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense. Just email us to let us know. 

IMPORTANT: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
